Taking its name from one of the area’s earliest settlers Hiram Pardee, the area was once home to the first peach orchard in Irondequoit. Today, this area is known for winding streets that trace their way gingerly up and down gentle hills. A diverse mix of ranches and split levels on the eastern side suddenly and unexpectedly give way to wide open spaces which surround the Case Farm and more traditional housing styles in the earlier developed western edge originally referred to as Fair View.
